DELIVERY COST

Cyprus Mainland Shipping – €3  We offer our in-house courier service to deliver your orders to your door within the following regions: Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Paralimni, Paphos. Orders placed outside these regions will be send at your closest ACS Courier point. 

Shipping to Greece – €8 (door to door via Geniki Taxydromiki Courier). 

UK & Europe – €20 (door to door via EMS Datapost). 

International Shipping –  €25,00  (door to door via EMS Datapost). 

**Please note, all International & UK packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. 

Click & Collect – FREE
 Orders made through our Click & Collect service will be available to pick up from our Ermarolla Limassol store (Athanasiou Sakellariou 113, 3041, Limassol). All orders must be paid for prior to collection and will be held up to 5 working days. Orders made before 1pm will be available to collect from 3:30pm same day.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery schedules depends on several factors and there may be delays not attributed to Us. Please read below the conditions applicable in delays. In the Order Form, you can choose either to  have them delivered to you or collect the Products yourself  . Subject to any force majeure conditions or conditions for which we do not control, the followings apply:

Estimated product delivery:

Within Cyprus: 2-7 Business days

Within Greece: 2-7 Business days

In European countries: up to 14 Business days.

In other international countries: up to 20 Business days.

The above time schedules may not be applicable in force majeure cases, which may affect the time of delivery.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE (For mainland orders within Cyprus)

Products are being delivered between Monday – Friday from 09:00a.m. till 17:00pm and Saturday 09:00a.m. till 15:00pm

DELIVERY DELAYS

We take all due care for the proper and due delivery of the Products; however, we cannot guarantee it in the below indicative cases (a) the Product has not been delivered to us due to unexpected delays or (b) due to force majeure cases, (c) the Product is in lack. In such cases We will contact You to ask if you want to have the rest of the rest or to propose you an alternative or to inform you about the time of the delivery of the Product in question. If you are not satisfied with our proposals, You have the right to cancel the Order partially or the as a whole and We will make you a refund.
