Return a product

Refund and exchange Items must be returned within 10 working days with their original tags attached. We are unable to accept returns on all face coverings, jewelry, lipsticks, perfumes or any underwear or swimwear where hygiene seal has been removed. Finally, all returned products MUST be accompanied with the original receipt. To return an item/s:

  2. For exchanges, we recommend contacting our customer care team here to ensure the desired sizing is in stock and will be placed on hold until the return delivery is arranged.
  3. Pack your items.

-FREE IN STORE RETURNS IN ANY ERMAROLLA STYLEBAR -REQUEST A DOOR TO DOOR PICK UP FROM OUR IN-HOUSE COURIER SERVICE (€3  COST) -ARRANGE YOUR RETURN WITH A COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE (SENDER COST) Refunds are accepted ONLY on faulty items. All items that are included at the CLEARANCE section (items of previous collections) are NON-RETURNABLE. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, depend on their region, as mentioned at DELIVERY information section. CONDITIONS Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition: SHOES : Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE: Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip. TOPS AND DRESSES: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
